Return and Shipping Policy.
Due to the custom nature of this item, there are no returns. This is a custom made prop badge and they were made in a limited quantity. They are each hand inspected at the factory and at the Foundation Headquarters prior to shipment. Items are shipped with insurance through the carrier and any claims need to be made through the carrier (i.e. USPS). Shipping will include a tracking number and as this is a pre-sale, item shipment may take up to 60 days.
